If you make use of our Optional Admin Services package, we will be keeping a constant eye on your server and all the tasks running on it. In this way you’ll have more time for your sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest mission on earth. You will either have to use another server or your home PC, or, alternatively use some third–party solution. Our company offers a much simpler and easier solution with our Optional Admin Services deal. We will make a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never need to be scared of losing valuable info. Plus, we can recover a backup copy very quickly. All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually infinite number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software applications. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which permits you to demand any of our expert server admins to install any software application and to resolve any trouble you may have with your VPS server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
